This option works for companies who are serious about their recruitment needs yet do not have enough positions to outsource the entire department. We require an upfront fee to begin the recruitment process yet unlike other firms we guarantee our results. In the unlikely event we are unable to provide you with a candidate YOU deem a quality candidate and interview the person the engagement fee is refunded in full. Although each search is customized to best fit your needs, our approach can be broken down to the following steps:
- Receive requisition for open position
- Work with hiring managers to determine the ideal candidate's skill set, personality traits, experience needed, even companies employed at for each position
- Engaging in active searches (NOT placing Ads) - most candidates will be currently working but open to considering potential opportunity
- Submitting top recommended candidates with resumes and profiles to hiring managers and HR; schedule interviews based on hiring manager's availability
- Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers following interviews
- Work with HR/Hiring Manager (based on your protocols) to determine offer and make/negotiate offer
- Once Offer has been verbally accepted, everything is turned over to HR to "wrap up" paperwork and bring on new team member!
